About the role
The Apprentice – People, Culture and Capability will join USGI Legal Entity’s Talent and Capability department, providing hands‑on support for learning management, training coordination, data reporting, and internal communications. This entry‑level role offers exposure to HR processes, Oracle LMS, and capability development while contributing to a vibrant employee experience.
What you'll do
- Assist in designing, uploading, and maintaining LMS courses in Oracle
- Create and update (MIS) reports for training activities
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, and closure communications
- Track and analyze training effectiveness metrics and prepare summary reports
- Design and produce flyers for learning programs
