About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Bancassurance department as a Cluster Sales Manager-Banca. This role will oversee the sales and distribution strategy for the Orissa Gramin Bank (OGB) cluster, which includes 1003 branches and currently has 17 regions and 8 reporting relationship managers (RMs).
What you'll do
- Oversee the sales and distribution strategy for the Orissa Gramin Bank (OGB) cluster
- Lead and manage the Bancassurance team, providing strategic direction and guidance to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies for the OGB cluster, considering regional variations and market dynamics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OGB branches and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and successful partnership
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions to drive growth
