About the role
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist – Technology with 6–7 years of strong IT procurement experience to support Direct Procurement activities, along with selected Indirect Procurement requirements . The role will work closely with internal business stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of procurement requirements.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end procurement activities for Technology / IT requirements , with primary focus on Direct Procurement and selected Indirect Procurement activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, demand forecasts and procurement priorities
- Manage procurement transactions and processes within SAP ECC , ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to obtain quotations, confirm availability, manage delivery commitments and resolve commercial or operational issues
- Monitor demand, supply, inventory levels and replenishment requirements to ensure continuity of supply
