Microsoft Fabric Architect (Azure & AI) Location: [City, State / Remote / Hybrid] Employment Type: [Full-time / Contract] Experience: 12+ years in data and analytics, with hands-on Microsoft Fabric and Azure delivery About the Role We are seeking a senior Microsoft Fabric Architect to design and deliver modern data and AI platforms for enterprise clients.
What you'll do
- Architecture and Solution Design Define end-to-end data architectures across Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Real-Time Intelligence
- Translate business requirements into target-state architectures, reference designs, and implementation roadmaps
- Evaluate platform options (Fabric vs. Synapse, Direct Lake vs. Import, batch vs. streaming) and document trade-offs clearly
- Design Medallion Lakehouse patterns, data models, and integration strategies for enterprise-scale workloads
- Lead migrations from legacy platforms (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS/SSAS, Teradata, Tableau, Cognos, on-prem Hadoop) to Azure and Fabric
