Associate II - Asset Servicing at UST. Ensure the transactions and events you are assigned and responsible for are processed within deadlines, following up and escalating as appropriate.
What you'll do
- Ensure the transactions and events you are assigned and responsible for are processed within deadlines, following up and escalating as appropriate
- Prioritise your own workload effectively, understands when to flag / escalate to more senior members of the team
- Assist with the resolution of any queries, stock & cash reconciliation breaks assigned to you
- Escalate unresolved queries or breaks based on agreed criteria i.e. age, value, client profile
- Take ownership of any ad-hoc tasks and project work assigned to you and deliver within agreed timelines
