About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering and optimizing the Icertis platform, managing enterprise integrations, driving contract process automation, and collaborating with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to enhance contract management capabilities across the organization.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary administrator and platform owner for Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)
- Configure and maintain contract types, templates, clause libraries, workflows, metadata, and security models
- Design and implement automated approval workflows and contract lifecycle processes
- Configure business rules, obligation management, notifications, and governance controls
- Manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access management
