About the role
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas including Provider, Networks & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Plan Configuration, or Claims & Encounters. This role requires a combination of FACETS functional knowledge, technical development expertise, advanced SQL capabilities, and experience building custom FACETS extensions and integrations.
What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions
- Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications
- Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements
- Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities
