About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with 8+ years of software engineering experience to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications and secure APIs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, AWS Cloud, and API Security , with a proven ability to lead technical solutions from architecture and design through deployment and production support.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java and Spring Boot applications, microservices, and secure REST APIs
- Own technical solutions from architecture and API design through implementation, deployment, and production operation
- Build and modernize cloud-native applications in AWS while improving scalability, resilience, maintainability, and operational readiness
- Design and implement integrations with API gateways, identity providers, databases, internal platforms, downstream services, and external partners
- Apply API security controls including authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, JWT validation, encryption, secrets handling, input validation
