Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, TVM,Noida, Gurgaon, Pune and Kolkata Reports To Archie Product Team Overview Archie is an internal web tool supporting Innovation and Architecture Review process. It serves as the central hub for application reviews and is used by teams across the business – from expert advisory teams to non-technical business users and citizen developers.
What you'll do
- Technical Direction & Decisions
- Own implementation approach and architecture choices for the Archie platform; propose and drive refactors when warranted
- Make day-to-day technical trade-off decisions – refactor vs. ship, sequencing within sprints, build vs. buy
- Define and enforce coding standards, patterns, and best practices across the codebase
- Evaluate and recommend technology or tooling changes that improve reliability, developer experience, or performance
