What you'll do
- Assemble, configure, and bring up hardware platforms, including installing components, flashing BIOS, and updating firmware
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), drivers, and necessary software for validation or production environments
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, performing root-cause analysis and documenting resolutions
- Coordinate with engineers, lab technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless platform deployment and testing
- Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems, drivers, and firmware
