About the role
Design, develop, and support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) jobs, data marts, and business reports/dashboards for healthcare billing, payments, and enrollment operations. Prepare source-to-target mapping documents, design artifacts, and functional specifications based on business requirements.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) jobs, data marts, and business reports/dashboards for healthcare billing, payments
- Prepare source-to-target mapping documents, design artifacts, and functional specifications based on business requirements
- Resolve technical issues and errors during ETL job execution and report refreshes, supporting batch schedules and production operations
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore stakeholders (including Elevance Health vendors) to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Act as a team Point of Contact (POC), mentor junior associates, and participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies
