About the role
Design, build, and productionize machine learning models and intelligent automation to improve billing accuracy, enrollment processing, and document/image handling. Deliver and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) configuration, Java microservices, and modern UI components. Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data preparation, model training, and evaluation to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and productionize machine learning models and intelligent automation to improve billing accuracy, enrollment processing, and document/image handling
- Deliver and support Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) configuration, Java microservices, and modern UI components
- Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data preparation, model training, and evaluation to deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Resolve technical issues and errors during development, batch execution, and production support
- Act as a Point of Contact (POC), mentor junior associates, and collaborate effectively with onshore/offshore stakeholders in an Agile SCRUM environment
