About the role
We are seeking an experienced .NET Engineer who can independently drive application modernization initiatives and address technical debt across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern .NET technologies and hands-on experience with repository migrations, build and deployment pipelines, remediation of security vulnerabilities, framework upgrades, and replacement of obsolete components.
What you'll do
- Lead technical debt remediation initiatives across .NET applications
- Perform repository migrations, codebase modernization, and platform upgrades
- Upgrade legacy applications from .NET Framework to modern .NET versions where applicable
- Identify and replace obsolete libraries, components, and unsupported dependencies. Address security vulnerabilities identified through security scans and audits
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and architectural guidelines
