Lead II - Business Analysis at UST. Act as the primary functional contact for assigned clients and lead business-definition workshops.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary functional contact for assigned clients and lead business-definition workshops
- Define, document, and manage scope in line with contractual commitments, product capabilities, roadmap, budget, and delivery timelines
- Help clients prepare Enhancement Request Forms (ERFs) with business context, requirements, impacts, assumptions, dependencies, and high-level solution approach
- Ensure proposed solutions leverage standard product capabilities; identify configuration needs, product gaps, enhancements, and out-of-scope requests
- Manage change control with Program and Project Managers, assessing and tracking impacts to scope, cost, risks, dependencies, and timelines
