SAP HCM / HR Systems Integration Consultant Role Summary We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), a deep understanding of HR master data processes, and proven experience integrating SAP HCM with Workday or similar Human Capital Management platforms.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain HR mini-master data structures and related business processes within SAP HCM
- Analyze, design, and support integrations between SAP HCM and Workday or other HR systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues while ensuring data quality and consistency across systems
- Support system enhancements, testing activities, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with HR data governance, security, and operational standards. 2
