What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP OTC processes and resolve incidents within SLA
- Analyze business issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Work on enhancements, change requests, testing, and production deployments
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, EDI, and technical teams
- Prepare functional specifications and support UAT activities
