Lead II - Enterprise Solutions at UST. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI components, scripts, ACLs, and notifications
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM modules across enterprise environments
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Approval Workflows, and Knowledge Base solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools
- Configure and support CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management processes
