About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong hands-on development expertise and a passion for leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery outcomes. This is not an AI/ML model development role. The focus is on building applications, automation, and solutions using existing AI platforms, APIs, and coding assistants while providing technical leadership to the team.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications
- Develop automation solutions, utilities, and integrations using Python
- Integrate existing AI/LLM APIs and services into business applications and workflows
- Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architecture, coding standards, security, and best practices
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers on modern development practices and effective use of AI tools
