About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - AWS Cloud Migration & Application Modernization to lead and manage end-to-end cloud transformation programs involving migration from on-premises environments to AWS. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management expertise, a solid understanding of cloud migration concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects from on-premises environments to AWS
- Define and guide migration approaches including rehost, replatform, refactor, retire, and retain strategies
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation plans, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate across infrastructure, application, DevOps, security, and business teams
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation paths
