About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Advanced Compensation Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and Payroll Integration to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of compensation programs within the Workday ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Configure, implement, and support Workday Advanced Compensation solutions
- Partner with HR and Total Rewards teams to design and optimize compensation frameworks and guidelines
- Configure compensation eligibility rules, budgets, compensation grades, and compensation plans in Workday
- Collaborate with Payroll teams to ensure accurate compensation-to-payroll integration and processing
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and solutions
