About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead with strong technical expertise in the Banking and Debt Collections domain to lead solution delivery for collections transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and customers to define requirements, translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, and guide delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions with business and technology teams
- Challenge requirements constructively and drive alignment on business objectives and expected outcomes
- Solution Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead solution design discussions and recommend scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
