About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E2E Tester with Facets expertise to support testing activities for healthcare payer applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes across Facets and integrated systems, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of healthcare operations including Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing, and Customer Service functions.
What you'll do
- Analyze business and functional requirements related to Facets applications
- Design and execute End-to-End test scenarios covering multiple business workflows
- Prepare test cases, test scripts, test data, and traceability documentation
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), Regression Testing, and UAT support
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and Test Leads for requirement clarification
