About the role
We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead the transition of Service Desk, IT Operations, and Security services into the UST operating model. The role focuses on Project Management, Stakeholder Management, IT Operations, and Change Management to enable controlled knowledge transfer, operational readiness, effective governance, and a stable go-live.
What you'll do
- Apply Project Management practices to develop and manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria
- Coordinate current-state assessments of support models, processes, and operational workflows
- Support IT Operations readiness by coordinating access, connectivity, environment, and operational prerequisites
- Develop and manage knowledge-transfer plans and SME availability calendars
- Track knowledge acquisition and validation and coordinate shadow and reverse-shadow activities
