About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM & Compensation Consultant with strong functional and hands-on configuration expertise.
What you'll do
- Design, configure, enhance, and support Workday Core HCM and Compensation solutions
- Configure HCM components including organizations, staffing structures, job profiles, positions, business processes, condition rules, validations, notifications
- Configure Compensation components including compensation packages, grades, grade profiles, salary plans, allowance plans, bonus plans, eligibility rules
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
- Lead complex configuration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support activities
