About the role
We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Technology Consultant with 8+ years of overall HRIS/Workday experience to support and enhance Workday solutions for a global organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday HCM with Recruiting as the primary module and hands-on experience in Workday Case Management.
What you'll do
- Provide functional support, configuration, and maintenance for Workday HCM, with primary responsibility for Workday Recruiting
- Support Workday business processes, security, and tenant configuration across HCM modules
- Manage and resolve production support issues through Workday Case Management, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions
