About the role
Operate and monitor BQS blister packing machines , ensuring smooth and efficient production. ? Perform machine setup, format changeover, and adjustments to accommodate different product specifications. ? Conduct leak tests, weight checks, visual inspections, and batch coding verification to ensure packaging quality. ?
What you'll do
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve machine faults, jams, and technical issues , coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs. ?
- Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and EU-GMP regulatory requirements for packaging operations
