What you'll do
- Program Management (Functional & Behavioral Training)
- ? Execute the annual L&D strategy in line with business priorities
- ? Translate capability needs into structured learning journeys, curricula and annual learning calendars
- ? Own end-to-end delivery: design, participant mapping, logistics, execution and post-program reinforcement
- ? Measure effectiveness through feedback, NPS, assessments and application of learning
