About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Accountant & Bookkeeper to manage our company’s day-to-day financial operations. As part of the Uvation finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
What you'll do
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable, receivable, bank accounts, and credit card transactions
- Post and review general ledger entries; ensure accuracy of financial data
- Maintain accounting records in line with U.S. GAAP and company policies
- Lead transition to NetSuite , including data migration and COA design
