About the role
We are seeking an experienced Influencer & Partnerships specialist with experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and community engagement. This person will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with a diverse range of partners, including influencers, educators, student leaders, and aggregator/affiliate sites to drive UWorld’s growth.
What you'll do
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, student leaders, educators, and niche creators on platforms like YouTube, Instagram
- Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, contract negotiation, content approval, execution, and performance tracking
- Ensure strict compliance with FTC guidelines in the US and ASCI regulations in India for all sponsored content and disclosures
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships with leading exam prep aggregator and review websites (e.g., TestPrep Insight, Crush the CPA Exam, College Consensus)
- Strategically build and scale affiliate relationships with comparison sites, bloggers, and educational reviewers to maximize referral traffic and conversions
