About the role
Looking for a creative and commercially driven Ethnic Wear Designer with 1–3 years of experience in women's ethnic/value retail. Develop seasonal collections across kurtas, kurtis, dresses, co-ords, SKD and ethnic bottoms. Conduct trend, market and competitor research to develop relevant and commercially viable designs.
What you'll do
- Develop seasonal collections across kurtas, kurtis, dresses, co-ords, SKD and ethnic bottoms
- Conduct trend, market and competitor research to develop relevant and commercially viable designs
- Create mood boards, colour stories, print/embroidery concepts and technical/flat sketches
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, sampling and production teams from concept to final product
