What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end statutory compliance for the organization
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, Factory Act, LWF, ESI Act, PF Act, and related legislations
- Manage contract labour, maintain records, and coordinate with contractors for compliance
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closures of non-compliances
- Liaise with government departments and handle statutory inspections effectively
