What you'll do
- Provide guidance on planting schedules, irrigation methods, fertilization, and pest management to optimize crop growth and minimize losses
- Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest agricultural research and technologies
- Conduct experiments, field trials, and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of new agricultural techniques, seeds, and products
- Recommend integrated pest management strategies, including the use of biological controls and appropriate chemical applications when necessary
- Ensure that farming practices align with local laws and regulations
