ERP Cordinator

About the role

Lead or assist in the implementation of ERP System, including planning, testing, data migration and user training. Monitor the ERP systems performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Oversee data integrity, accuracy and security within the ERP system. Ensure data backups and data recovery processes are in place.

What you'll do

• Lead or assist in the implementation of ERP System, including planning, testing, data migration and user training
• Monitor the ERP systems performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of technical problems
• Oversee data integrity, accuracy and security within the ERP system. Ensure data backups and data recovery processes are in place
• Provide support and training to end users, helping them understand the ERP Systems functionalities and features
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the ERP system and streamline workflows and increase efficiency
