- Obtain history, perform mental status examination and diagnose clients visiting the institute
- Develop, discuss and implement the holistic, multi-disciplinary plan with clients participation
- Provide treatment plans, therapeutic strategies as per the needs of clients
- Prescribe medication to treat the mental health issue
- Counsel patients and their family members to determine long-term and short-term goals and to decide when psychiatric medication may be appropriate or necessary
