About the role
Serve as the key point of contact for customers by coordinating orders, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery, and providing accurate and timely updates to internal stakeholders
What you'll do
- Ensures integrity of global order book and maintains accurate delivery dates daily based upon feedback received from planning through “Delivery Change Notification Form”
- Ensure updating sales order delivery time as per the updated delivery time received from “Delivery Change Notification Form” from Planning
- Responsible for communication with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc. to fulfill customer requirements and provide order status feedback
- Responsible for keeping price book updated in SAP
- Conduct weekly meetings with regional Sales and Operations teams
