About the role
VES is looking for a Lead Engineer to join our team in Faridabad, India location. The Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership for new product development, product improvement, and sustaining engineering activities for oilfield products. What you'll do
- Lead and prioritize engineering projects and sustaining activities for a team of approximately three engineers
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and design review support to engineers and designers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing new product development with sustaining engineering requirements
- Lead root-cause investigations, product improvements, CAPA, and corrective design actions
- Work directly with Manufacturing and Quality to resolve design, process, and product issues
