About the role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong technical expertise in OTBI Reports and Dashboards, Fast Formula, HDL/HSDL Data Migration, Redwood UI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
What you'll do
- OTBI Dashboards and Analytics
- Develop and maintain OTBI dashboards, analyses, prompts, and interactive reports
- Build reports using appropriate HCM subject areas across All modules and Workforce Structures
- Apply filters, parameters, calculations, and dashboard-level configurations as required
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, reporting access, and performance issues
