About the role
Hot Commis Chef is an entry-level culinary professional working in the hot station (grill, stove, fryers) of a kitchen, responsible for setting up mise-en-place, assisting Chef de Parties, and preparing hot food components according to recipes. Apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) at VARUN HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED.
