About the role

You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to support commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product launches, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and day-to-day legal matters across the business.
What you'll do
- Work closely with the founders and leadership team to support commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product launches, strategic partnerships, fundraising
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements including: Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Develop and maintain standard contract templates and approval processes
- Advise business teams on applicable laws and regulations impacting fintech products
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, payment ecosystem regulations, data privacy requirements, and other applicable regulatory frameworks
