About the role
We are looking for an Associate Director – Product to lead product strategy and execution across our Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS). You will own the end-to-end lending lifecycle, from loan application and underwriting to disbursement, servicing, repayments, collections, and closure.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end lending lifecycle, from loan application and underwriting to disbursement, servicing, repayments, collections, and closure
- Own Product Strategy: Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for LOS and LMS, aligned with customer needs and business objectives
- Build Lending Workflows: Design and evolve capabilities across loan origination, credit assessment, underwriting, sanctioning, documentation, disbursement, servicing
- Drive Platform Configurability: Build reusable workflows, rules, product configurations, repayment schedules, interest calculations, fee structures
- Partner with Customers: Work closely with banks, NBFCs, and fintechs to understand lending requirements and translate them into scalable product capabilities
