About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the Learning & Development function for our US Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the US Insurance industry. The individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance employee performance, ensure process excellence, and improve client satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for US Insurance operations, including process training, refresher programs
- Design and deliver training programs for: Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop learning interventions based on business requirements
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, process guides, e-learning modules, and assessment tools
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments
