About the role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Field Service Representative. The role is critical for managing and supporting our Marine Tank Farm (MTF) and Closed-Loop business segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high service standards, minimizing downtime, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues
- Reporting: Generate service reports
- Responsible for complete EHS activities at the Customer site
- Troubleshooting at site: Diagnose and resolve technical, mechanical, and chemical issues at site to ensure continued functionality and system reliability
