About the role
The Digital Learning Team is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and self-driven Content Developer to design, develop, update, and publish digital learning content for Esko’s software portfolio. The role supports both customer-facing learning and internal associate enablement, helping learners understand products, new releases, workflows, and best practices through high-quality digital learning experiences.
What you'll do
- Analyze input from Subject Matter Experts and convert it into structured scripts, storyboards, tutorials, and learning modules
- Independently write scripts and develop alpha versions of digital learning assets such as interactive eLearning modules, product introductions, how-to videos
- Create learner-friendly content for customers and associates, including digital foundations, new product training, release enablement material
- Develop knowledge checks and other learning interactions that support learner engagement and understanding
- Video, Module, and Learning Asset Production
