About the role
The Site Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Leader is a key member of the site leadership team responsible for leading, developing, and sustaining a high-performing EHS culture and management system. This role ensures effective risk identification and reduction, seamless integration of EHS into operations, and alignment with global EHS strategy and standards.
What you'll do
- EHS Leadership & Culture
- Lead the development of a strong, values-based EHS culture where safety, health, and environmental stewardship are core to all activities
- Partner with site leadership to align EHS priorities with business objectives and operational goals
- Act as a change agent to embed EHS into organizational culture and processes; Champion integration of EHS into daily operations, management routines
- Influence without authority, building strong relationships across functions to drive EHS ownership
