About the role
We are looking for a results-oriented Manager – Business Support (IB) to lead the Order Management and Business Support function. The role will drive operational excellence across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle , ensure timely order fulfillment and revenue realization, manage operational and customer escalations, mitigate revenue risks, and lead a high-performing team.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Order Management team, driving productivity, engagement, accountability, and performance
- Set team KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement development plans
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue realization
- Monitor operational performance against SLAs, policies, controls, and compliance requirements
