About the role
As Product Manager for AI Services, you will own the product lifecycle for a shared foundation of AI capabilities that Esko's internal teams build on rather than re-invent - enabling them to solve customer problems that were previously out of reach with optimal speed and efficiency. Cross-functional collaboration sits at the core of the role.
What you'll do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI Services – a shared collection of common AI capabilities leveraged by Esko product and engineering teams
- Proactively gather needs from cross-functional product teams and turn them into clear, well-scoped requirements for the Esko AI engineering teams
- Act as a bridge between Esko AI and other cross-functional teams - product, engineering, and commercial
- Help other teams to bootstrap their own AI initiatives on top of the shared capabilities: clarifying what already exists, what needs to be built, and how to get started
- Weigh competing requests from multiple stakeholders against the long-term company strategy and priorities, while documenting risks and expected trade-offs
