About the role
We're seeking a Senior Software Specialist to design, build, and deliver solutions for WebCenter Enterprise, a Java/J2EE web application that helps brands and packaging suppliers manage end-to-end packaging and artwork projects—from specifications and content through collaboration, review, approval, and production readiness.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain WebCenter Enterprise using Java/J2EE and modern web technologies, with React experience preferred, to ensure reliability, security
- Own and deliver complex features, enhancements, and technical initiatives independently from requirements clarification and design through implementation
- Translate business and customer requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions that create lasting impact
- Collaborate across teams to identify, manage, and resolve dependencies that impact delivery timelines and product quality
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and implementation decisions that drive long-term product health
