About the role
We are seeking an experienced Application Development and Support Analyst to provide development, maintenance, enhancement, and production support for Oracle Applications. The role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, troubleshooting application issues, and working closely with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Provide production support for Oracle Applications
- Analyze and resolve application incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle modules, interfaces, concurrent programs, reports, workflows, and database objects
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions
- Support application deployments, patches, upgrades, and production releases
