What you'll do
- Maintain and manage all Electro-mechanical equipment such as HVAC high side and low side, UPS, PAC, DG, Air conditioners, Batteries
- Manage and maintain the pool of operation team, track their activities assign jobs
- Responsible for key Operations & Sustainability KPIs and SLAs Plan and manage the budgets for operation including costing (cost control, cost management measures)
- Responsible for rolling out various projects for the reduction of energy and Opex spend at the facility
- Responsible for closure of various passive equipment availability, Energy Efficiency, Energy deviation issues within defined SLA
