About the role
Ambernath Annex — IS & Switchgear Factory, Maharashtra, India This is a core plant finance role — you'll be sitting at the plant, working closely with operations, and owning the numbers that drive manufacturing performance. From tracking hourly rates to building the factory P&L, you'll be the finance partner the plant relies on daily.
What you'll do
- Prepare and maintain the monthly Factory P&L for the Ambernath Annex — IS & Switchgear Factory
- Track fixed vs. variable costs, analyse deviations, and flag margin risks early
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly cost closure
- Hourly Rate Tracking & Analysis
- Capture, compute, and monitor the plant hourly rate (cost per hour) on a monthly basis
